Refund & Cancellation Policy
This page explains how cancellation and refunds work for subscriptions purchased through Google Play.
1. Where purchases are made
Pro subscriptions are sold through Google Play. Google Play shows the price, billing period, renewal date, and applicable country terms at checkout.
2. How to cancel
Open the Google Play subscriptions center, select Private Symptom Journal, and follow Google’s cancellation steps. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
3. Refunds
Except where Google Play policy or applicable law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable from Merroway Group once a billing period has started, and we do not promise prorated refunds for unused time. Google Play may independently approve, reverse, or refund a transaction. This policy does not limit any right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
4. Purchase did not unlock Pro
Open the app and use Restore Purchases. If Pro still does not unlock, email [email protected]. Please do not send journal or health information.
